Safety Tips from Ameren:

  • Downed Lines: Assume all downed power lines are energized and dangerous. Stay at least 30 feet away and report them immediately.

  • Gas Leak: If you smell sulfur or rotten eggs, leave the building immediately without using lights, phones, or appliances.
