Professional Truck Driver Refresher
The National Safety Council Professional Truck Driver Course focuses on the most common causes of truck-related incidents and provides truck drivers with defensive driving strategies to avoid collisions and traffic violations. Our National Safety Council Certified Instructor will your drivers to manage common driving situations—speed, right-of-way, driving left of center, proper following distance, lane changes and lane markings, safe passing and overtaking, and much more.
This vehicle-specific course is 4-hours, with flexibility to select content based on training goals and schedules. Participants will learn how to recognize both potential and immediate hazards and how to avoid collisions in a variety of driving conditions and environments. Participants will be motivated to change their behind-the-wheel behaviors and attitudes by learning the best practice approach to safe and responsible driving.
